Two University of Arizona research scientists have developed “holographic material that is rewritable and holds images for hours.” Continue reading for the video.

Essentially just laser-etched plastic sandwiched amidst layers of glass,

when massive amounts of voltage are applied—9 kilovolts, to be exact—viewers can enjoy a true, all-red 3D display
