RFID Waves Visualized with LED Wand

Finally, design researchers in Oslo have managed to visualize RFID waves using an LED wand. In that clip — after the break, you’ll explore “the spatial qualities of RFID, visualised through an RFID probe, lengthy exposure photography and animation.”

With that video, the Touch Project hopes to educate designers about a technology they feel is generally misunderstood, and inspire them to use RFID in creative new ways.
