Cydia Crashing On Jailbroken iPhones, iPod Touches

Any iPhone or iPod Touch owners with jailbroken devices might have noticed the Cydia application — used to customize the device — constantly crashing today, due to a corrupt input package. To fix that issue, simply backup everything, re-load iPhone OS 3.0, and next reinstall Redsn0w 0.7 or Redsn0w 0.71. Continue reading to see an iControlPad prototype being

With Cydia crashing today, however, these users are left with no way to access their alternate app store. While there are other app stores that they can access, such as Rock App or Icy, these are generally less supported.
