AUO’s first 6-inch flexible e-paper display can be repeatedly bended, making it even closer to functionality of real paper. AUO expects to distribute samples to customers in 2010 and to start volume production next. The relevant e-paper technologies will be showcased in FPD universal 2009, held in Yokohama Japan, from Oct. 28-30.
